Had an excellent stay with my sister, we spent 4 nights here, everything was good. The double room was unique and exquisite. The food was fine and the location was excellent. On top of that, restaurants and a chocolate factory were a short walk to the property. Great restaurant provided vegetarian dishes.

they gave us wheelchair accessible room with a big balcony and music bedrooms, as example and that was essential. the breakfast was good with a wide range of dishes to choose from.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always smiling. the hotel's location is fantastic, situated in a beautiful area next to the old city center. - There's a great restaurant, Cantinho da Carla, nearby that is worth trying out.

The room we booked was reasonably spacious and unique with Music-themed bedrooms. Having a bathtub and a shower was a bonus. - the location of the hotel was favorable, in a beautiful area. It was only a 10-minute walk from Praia Fluvial de Viana do Castelo.

The kids had a blast exploring the amazing world of cocoa at the Chocolate Museum. It was like stepping into Willy Wonka's factory, with delicious treats and fun exhibits that kept us entertained for hours.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities available, such as outdoor play areas or organized games.

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop and I was pleased to find that they had 24-hour front desk, facilities for disabled guests, luggage storage, room service, and meeting facilities. The hotel also had a bar/lounge, a meeting room, and offered concierge services.

I did miss having access to a business center or a dedicated workspace for my work needs.

We had a fabulous stay at Fabrica Do Chocolate in Viana do Castelo. the hotel's concept was amazing, with chocolate-inspired themed rooms and a museum that showcased the history of chocolate. the staff were exceptionally helpful and made dietary adjustments for my sister who had allergies. the location was perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops. We also appreciated the proximity to the start line of the Etape Portugal cycle race. the breakfast served to our table was delicious, and we enjoyed the museum and adjoining shop. it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to exploring more of the area in the future. I had an absolutely wonderful adventure at a lovely and unique hotel. The decoration was cozy and intimate, creating a warm atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast was very good and filled me up for the day. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the town center. Despite the small size of my room, it had a large balcony where I could relax. The highlight of my stay was the 6-course banquet on Valentine's Night, which was truly excellent. I also enjoyed the relaxing Chocolate Experience massage and the informative museum tour. The chocolate shop had an amazing selection, and I couldn't resist buying some treats. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
